Founder & CEO
Sanjay Gupta brings over two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms, with deep roots in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
During his tenure at ServiceNow, Sanjay played a pivotal role in expanding the platform beyond ITSM into Customer Service Management (CSM), serving as "Customer Zero" and helping drive real-world adoption of AI-powered capabilities such as intelligent case prioritization, auto-assignment, next-best-action, and virtual agents.
He also led the onboarding of early enterprise CSM customers as references using patented methodologies and worked closely with large Field Service Management customers to implement advanced scheduling and route optimization solutions.
With hands-on expertise across Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, IoT, and AI-Ops, Sanjay founded Work4Flow to help enterprises move beyond isolated AI features and toward fully integrated, Agentic AI-driven workflows.
